We are recruiting on behalf of GREE Electric to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Clerk

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Manage the customer's accounts receivable information and send it to the customer, the corresponding salesperson and their direct superior when the amount changes each time.
Update the customer account flow at the beginning of each month and send it to the customer, the corresponding salesman and his direct superior.
Provide accurate account balance to the voucher preparation personnel in time.
Timely confirm each payment of the customer.

Requirements

B.Sc Degree with 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.
Skillfully use Microsoft office, be able to complete calculation and statistics with Excel, and be sensitive to numbers.
Respond quickly, be serious and responsible.
Clerical or financial worker is preferred.
