 Job Title: AUTOMATION ENGINEER (REF AE)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
·         To manage & operate plant automation systems (2 Main Servers + 6 Clients + 1 Engineering Station + Plant Guide Server 3 Clients + CEM Scanner System + 10 Central PLCs 24 Local PLCs ) through planned preventive and corrective maintenance.
·         Keep track of use and order spare parts for the system
·          Manage and operate:
·          Siemens S7 Safety PLCs
·         Industrial Ethernet andTCP in IP Networks
·         Windows Server and XP editions Siemens S7 PLCs Hardware
·         Siemens Step 7 Sof1waro and programming using FBDILAD/STL
·         ECS (FLS Automation Process Control System) Proface HMI Displays and Profibus Dp Networks
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
·         B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Electronics or Communication Engineering. Experience in heavy industrial plants, involved in large scale blasting. grinding, milling and packaging of cement is required for the job.
·         Minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience as an Automation Engineer in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment


Job Title: ELECTRICAL PLANNER (Ref. EP)
VACANCY RESPONSIBILITY
To prepare & implement preventive maintenance routine (PMRs) programs for plant equipment, ensure checklist for plant inspection and guide Inspectors/Engineers in performing their functions.
•             Ensure materials (spares) required are available on site, maintain equipment history, keep maintenance KPI. and execute major shutdown work
•             Inspect equipment on site at regular intervals, analyze stoppage of equipment at stated intervals and solve problems by taking immediate action based on feedback from inspection
•             Understand and work with ERP system and ensure proper work order feedback from execution department
•             Handle shutdown planl1lng for jobs, procedures, materials and tools etc.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
·         B.SclHNO in Electrical Engineering. Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance is required for job.
·          Must be computer literate and conversant with AutoCAD
·         Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience in manufacturing/cement industry.
