IFES seek qualified applicants to fill the following vacancy in Abuja Office.
Job Title: Administrative / Logistics Coordinator
Responsible for providing administrative and logistics services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Make logistics arrangement for events – trainings, workshops retreat, seminars etc. this will include locations, hotels, food etc.
  • General office administration
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules at and outside IFES Nigeria office
  • Manage seminar and workshop participants database
  • Procurement of training and workshop materials
  • Preparing of Purchase orders and contracts
  • Travel Logistics for IFES staff and visiting consultants
Job Title: Program Coordinator
Responsible for assisting the Program Office in organizing and coordinating program activities contributing to reports and performing other programmatic duties as required.
Monitoring and Evaluation experience will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Assisting Country Director, Program Officer and Manager in implementing project activities with a focus on voter registration, civic and voter education.
  • Assist in conducting trainings
  • Providing support to international and local consultants
  • Drafting reports of program activities.
  • Traveling outside of Abuja for project activities as required
  • Contributing to the design and preparation of training materials
  • Assisting Country Director, Program Officers and Manager in organizing programs
  • Assisting Country Director, Program Officers and Manager in arranging meetings and attending meetings.
Job Title: Driver
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining vehicle and fuel logs; monitoring and maintaining the condition of vehicles; and transporting people, supplies or letters as required.
Qualifications:
  • Highest consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate strong and proven track record with democracy and governance work.
