At the start of operations in 2006, Arik Air launched a Cadet Pilot Training Programme as an initiative to creatively address the looming pilot shortage which is imminent in Nigeria’s aviation industry.

This programme gives young Nigerians a unique opportunity to build a career in aviation and access to the very best education and training designed to prepare them for the expectations required of a top-flight airline pilot. 

Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Requirements
  • Interested candidates should have a First Degree in Natural Sciences with a good grade.
  • Application is open to Nigerians not above 25 years of age. 
  • Qualified candidates will be required to write an aptitude test and undergo a psychometric test
