Etudo and Company invites applications  from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant job positions in their company:

1.) Facility/Maintenance Engineer:

Qualification:

• Candidates must have B.Sc or HND with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Or Upper Credit in Building Technology and/or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in facility maintenance/management.

• Candidates must have B.Sc or HND with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper or Upper Credit in Estate Management with a minimum of 3years post-NYSC relevant work experience.

• Minimum of OND in Secretarial Studies with 3 years relevant work experience and demonstrable competencies in the use of basic computer applications (MSWord, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, CorelDraw etc.) 

• Applicants must have current drivers license with not less than 6 years driving experience
• Must have current drivers license with not less than 6 years driving experience

• Candidates must have OND, City and Guides, NABTEB-Mechanical with minimum of 5 years experience in generator repair/maintenance

• Candidates must have OND School Cert with not less than 6 years working experience in a security outfit.

• Candidates must have OND, City and Guides, NABTEB – Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management.

• Candidates must have OND, City and Guides, NABTEB-Electrical with minimum of 5 years experience in facility management.

• Applicants must be able to communicate in English Language. Experience in cleaning job will be an advantage.
