- HSE ENGINEER
- A significant impact in driving performance and continuous improvement in HSE awareness and compliance the required qualifications and experience for this job vacancy include
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in any engineering discipline with minimum of second class upper division or upper credit
- 5 years professional working experience
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a member of the Nigerian institute of safety professional
- HSE SUPERVISOR
- Have significant impact in HSE performance improvement drive through the implementation of HSE control measure for injury free activities. The required qualifications and experience include
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in any engineering discipline with minimum of second class upper division or upper credit
- 5 years professional working experience
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a member of the Nigerian institute of safety professional
- Should have the ability to influence operations
- Experience in drilling activities would be an added advantage
- HSE PERFORMANCE ANALYST AND REPORTING ENGINEER
- Act as a focal point for HSE performance review and reporting functions and interact with other entities for data input
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in any engineering course with at least second class division
- At least 3 years working experience of which 1 year in oil and gas industry
- Professionally trained in recognized HSE management systems and environmental management standards (OHSAS AND ISO)
- Studios and strong analytical mind and good knowledge of statistical analysis
- Team player, rigorous and objective with good presentation skills
- Must be a computer literate
- SAFETY ENGINEER (DESIGN ENGINEERING)
- Have significant impact on the safety design of the facilities for crude oil exploitation with good knowledge of safety studies to be implemented
REQUIREMENTS
- At least BSC/HND in any engineering field with at least second class division
- Good knowledge of the applicable standards in safety studies
- Very good knowledge of risk assessment techniques and management (HAZOP, HAZID, HAZAN, QRA, SIL assessment, reliability studies) and other safety engineering reviews
- Computer literate
- At least 7 years working experience in safety engineering function
- Analytical and evaluation skills
- TECHICAL SAFETY ENGINEER
- Have significant impact on risk evaluation of the operational sites for continuous monitoring of risk reduction and control measures, must also have significant loss prevention management responsibilities by providing safety engineering input in particular hazard identification, risk assessment and technical audits
REQUIREMENTS
- BENG in chemical or mechanical engineering with at least second class division. Masters degree in chemical or mechanical engineering will be added advantage
- At least 7 years HSE experience of which 5 years must be in a similar role
- Experience on construction or operated sites
- Thorough knowledge of loss prevention standards and procedures and major hazards management
- Knowledge in production process and oil and gas exploitation field
- Very good knowledge of risk assessment techniques and management (HAZOP, HAZID, HAZAN, QRA, SIL assessment, reliability studies) and other safety engineering reviews
- Computer literate
- ENVIROMENTAL OFFICER
- An impact in the implementation of environmental guidelines and standard as well as compliance monitoring of the company production activities. The required qualification and experience for this job position include.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC environmental sciences in applied science/geoscientist with a minimum of second class lower division
- 5 years post qualification experience of which 3 years should have been spent in the oil and gas industry on environmental related issues
- Must have a very good level of training, communication, and computer knowledge and communication skills.
- Very good persuasive skills essential for interfacing with site, regulatory and other stakeholders.
- HSE SUPT
- Have significant impact on HSE performance improvement drives at site and HSE management of contractor’s intervention works and will also provide leadership to HSE team activities on site and support to the oil installation manager
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in any engineering discipline with minimum of second class upper division or upper credit
- 8 years professional working experience
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a member of the Nigerian institute of safety professional
- Good knowledge of production process and oil and gas exploitation field
- HSE AUDIT AND INSPECTION ENGINEER
- – have significant impact in the HSE management system and service quality audits and status update and assurance of third part equipment conformity through pre mob inspection
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in engineering or related field with second class division. Background in electrical engineering will be added advantage
- At least 5 years experience as a certified inspector
- Computer literate with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Persuasive and ability to influence other parties
- INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE OFFICER
- Have significant impact in the implementation of industrial hygiene procedures and regulatory compliance monitoring for healthy work environment and practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry or any related field with at least second class division and masters degree in occupational safety and health will be advantage
- At least 5 years post qualification experience of which 3 years in sampling and analytical duties
- Good knowledge of analytical standard and protocols (WHO, ASTM, APHA) will be a plus
- Ability to work under limited supervision and function in a team environment
- Studios and strong analytical mind and good knowledge of contamination and pollution issues and health
- Team player, rigorous and objective with good presentation skills
- Must be a computer literate
- ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER
- Have significant impact in the enhancement of environmental MS review, environmental studies, ISO 14001 certification of facilities
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in chemical and agricultural engineering with at least second class and masters in environmental management or sciences will be added advantage
- At least 7 years working experience of which 4 years should be in oil and gas industry on environmental related duties
- Knowledge and practices of Nigerian regulations such a s EGASPIN AND MSOR
- Very good level of training, communication, analytical, computer knowledge and presentation skills will be added advantage
- Good persuasion skill is required for interacting with site, project teams, regulatory authorities and other stake holders
- HSE TRAINING ASSISTANT
- Have significant impact on HSE competence development and HSE awareness drives for HSE performance improvement and will also assure the quality of HSE training delivery through training, follow up, audits, training feedback analysis and data management
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in any engineering discipline or related field or social sciences with at least second class/upper credit
- At least 3 years experience in related role
- Membership of Nigerian institute of safety professionals or order safety professional bodies will be a plus
- Computer literate with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Persuasive and assertive to ensure compliance to training requirements
