1.            Implementation 01 operational strategies
2.            Efficient administrative support
3.            Support to supply and asset management
4.            Support to administrative and financial control
5.            Support to common services
6.            Coordinate of Registry and Receptionist functions
7.            Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing
QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Secondary education Certification In administration desirable. University Degree In Business or Public Administration but it is not a requirement
  2. 6 years of relevant experience In administration Of program Support service. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word. Excel, etc.). Experience in handling web based management systems.
  3. Fluency In the UN and national language of the duty station.
