Job Title: Project Coordinator

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First Degree in Project Management or other relevant courses. A Masters degree will be a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Project Management
  • Project management and market research experience
  • Member of (or willingness to become a member of) at least one professional marketing or research association
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and lead teams
  • Excellent command of the English language - spoken and written
Job Role

  • Planning and preparing production schedules
  • Co-ordination between key departments to create project plan
  • Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency
  • Establishing and supporting a work environment of continuous improvement
  • Creation of and filing documentation that assists in the autoplan of projects e.g planning checklists, templates etc
  • Using reports/information generated by other factors in the process to prepare closure plan
  • Monitoring production to ensure it is on as planned
  • Analyzing production specifications and determining processes, tools, and human resource requirements
  • Planning and scheduling workflow for production processes
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Ensuring all parties are fully cognizant of work planning and that execution objectives are integrated and communicated
