Job Title: Assistant HOD Retail Experience / Project Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Qualifications & Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Management or any related field (A Masters degree will be a strong advantage)
  • A relevant work experience in Customer Care or Quality Control
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be self driven and innovative
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to “own the business”
  • Details oriented
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of the English language - spoken and written
  • Minimum 3 year work experience
  • Project management work experience is a plus
Duties
  • Receives new briefs/jobs
  • Attend client meetings alone or in company of associates to get details of client requirements
  • Plan for the project before it kicks starts (risk assessment, costing, project planning, budget planning) to finish
  • Monitor and control during project cycles via daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Follow up on payments for completed jobs
  • Assist in the development of the unit via marketing and business development strategies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ensure and maintain appropriate relationships (communication, reporting) to ensure that tasks and projects are delivered on time to the agreed quality and standard
  • Work with the accounting (credit control department) to ensure dispatch of invoices for completed projects and collection of funds
