Job Responsibilities
- Direct promotion In markets
- Evaluation of loan applications and preparation of loan proposals
- Monitoring of disbursed loans and loans in arrears
- Assuring long term relationship through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ration of revolving clients
Requirements- Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc/ HND
- Basic knowledge of Financial mathematics & Accounting
- 1-2 years working experience in any related field would be an added advantage
- Detailed and target oriented
- Dynamic and motivated individuals who like to work outdoor
- Excellent analytical skills
Job Title: Client Advisers Ref Code: CA
Job Responsibilities- Taking Enquiries and providing necessary information to clients
- Active sales of the Banking Services products
- Direct promotion in markets
- Account opening and all customer account related operations
- Disbursements of loans
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements- Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc/ HND
- Good communication and interpersonal Skills
- Excellent selling and Marketing skills
- Active PC user
- Excellent customer service relation
- 1-2 years working experience in any related field would be an added advantage
- Abulity to work effectively with minimal supervision
Job Title: Back Office Credit Officers Ref Code: BOCO
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for data entry based on banks techniques, policies and procedures
- Maintenance of data based on banks techniques, policies and procedures
- Responsible for filing and safe keeping of files and documents
Requirements- Minimum educational qualification of OND
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Past experience with data entry would bean added advantage
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate must be rigorous, disciplined, loyal and have a good sense of judgment

- Experience in handling higher-volume cash transactions is an asset

- Honesty & integrity
- Stress tolerance
