Job Title: HR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process of the organization to ensure hiring of suitable candidates
  • Effectively develop training academy and programs to enhance performance
  • Communicate vision, mission and core value of the organization through creative programs.
  • Identify gaps for employee development and make relevant suggestions which cover competency gaps

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Experience in HR

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location:
Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be required to:

  • Manage the general operation process of the outlet to ensure steady productivity
  • Constantly identify needs for improvement and adopt creative strategies to meet them.
  • Development of strategy for keeping new and existing customers.
  • Assign responsibilities to other low level staff to ensure smooth running of the outlet.
  • Responsible for sending monthly mails to our existing clients.
  • Creatively generate ideas on improving the sales and profitability of the outlet
  • Support in communicating the vision, mission and core value of the organization through creative programs and activities. 
  • Responsible for the research as regards branding and advertising, new ideas and internet research

Experience:
Candidate must have at least 6 years post NYSC experience in the industry and position or related industry/position.
Age: 30 - 36 years.
