Marine Services company Job Position for a Finance Manager

A well established Marine Services company based in Delta Area of the Country requires the services of:
Job Title: Finance Manager
Qualification and Experience

  • First degree in Accounting or Economics or HND in Accounting.
  • He must also have hands on experience in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Age: 40 - 45 years
  • He/ she must be a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant experience, preferably in the marine service industry.
  • The applicant must be computer literate, a team player and with excellent communication skill and interpersonal relationship.
Job Description
  • The Finance Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • He/ she shall be in charge of Finance and Accounts Department.
  • Establish appropriate financial controls, processes and systems and render timely and accurate management reports including statutory reports to Government agencies and the board.
  • The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial strategy of the company.
  • He / She will effectively manage the budgeting, treasury and cash management, banking relationships, financial planning and financial reporting forthe company.
