Job Tittle: Business  Development Executives

Responsibilities

• To support the Head Business Development by Project Managing ongoing and New Projects and Supporting on the achievement of projects' key deliverables. The BDE will also be responsible for nurturing leads/prospective partners to prepare them for detailed discussions.
• Maintain and increase persona! knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within project support function.
• Support Head of Business Development in project management activity, wherever necessary, for example attending meetings with the Head of Business Development, recording minutes etc.
• Develop propositions, presentations and reports, as required by the Head of Business Development or Senior Management.
• Support Head of Business Development, by Project Managing the delivery of Bankable Projects where Management has identified opportunities for new business activities.
• Undertake desk-based research to support the Head of Business Development in identifying new lead and opportunities.
• Research & deliver intelligence that will inform proposition development for new investment projects.
• Become a specialist in  the area of Project Management.

• Degree level
• Minimum of  5 years post NYSC experience
• Capacity and aptitude to undertake research and collate information as required.
• A knowledge of the Nigerian Power Sector

• Project Management experience/qualfication
• Varied - good interpersonal/communication skills
• Experienced and confident in writing propositions/bids, Creating presentations and writing external reports
• Experience of pro-actively generating leads
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Power Point
