Job Title: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities

Develop sales action plans based on strategy I targets agreed with local Managing Director and taking into account corporate plans.
Identify opportunities, prospect new business, drive sales development, and manage existing customers.
Identify and communicate market changes, key competitor’s strategies, and industry trends to local, regional and corporate sales team,
Assist in creating recognition and understanding in Bolloré Africa Logistics Nigeria to deliver most preferred level of service, partnership, and strategic value to strategic and all kinds of customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A degree or its equivalent in Business Administration with special emphasis on Marketing or any other relevant discipline infields of Social Sciences.
  • Strong communications and negotiating skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge with common software tools (MS Office I scheduling software)
  • Ideal candidate will have appropriate experience in related industries,
  • A minimum of five (5) years working experience.
  • Strong Customer service orientation
  • Ability to operate and functionally manage people in an informal matrix structure. (Networking, persuasive)
  • Resourceful, flexible, able to multi-task to handle competing priorities and be able to fit into an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
Job Title: Heavy-Lift Manager
Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all Heavy Lift activities for Bolloré Africa Logistics in Nigeria.
  • Responsible for Operations productivity improvements, Control of operational cost with respect to Quality, Health and Safety standards compliance, Customer Service and Employee discipline.
  • Carry out extensive road survey.
Qualifications and Requirement
  • Ideal candidate will have a University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Candidate should have not less than ten (10) years cognate experience in relevant industry
  • Candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of the Nigerian geographical terrain.
  • Ability to operate and functionally manage people
  • Knowledgeable in relevant Quality, Health and Safety techniques in Heavy Lift
  • Resourceful, analytical, flexible, able to multi-task and pay attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, AutoCAD and Mapping software tools.
