We are currently recruiting for the following job vacancies:

Position: Facility Management Officer
Main Tasks:
  • Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within the bank such as air conditioners, furniture and fitting etc.
  • Directly responsible for all electrical and power issues ranging from transformers, inverters, generators etc.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of all physical security devices of the bank
  • Attend to all statutory and regulatory issues on buildings, renovations, office space etc.
  • Assist in designing and developing building plans and bill of quantities for proposed branches. 
Necessary Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc./HND in Building and Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering Architecture or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field
  • Sound knowledge and experience of electrical and power issues physical security devices and building construction.
  • Good knowledge of quality products/services and revailing market prices
  • Excellent customer service relation
  • Good knowledge of Ms word, Ms Excel, Auto Cad and other building application software
  • Excellent communication and organizations skills

Position: Account
Main Tasks:
  • Prepare long-term and short-term projections and forecasts for the bank
  • Managing refinancing and funding sources
  • Development and management of liquidity management tools
  • Establish and manage branch budgetary controls and performance and reviews
  • Assist in prepare of monthly management accounts and other financials
  • Review and Approve all reconciliation and schedules such as bank statements, schedule of accrued charges, prepayments etc.

Necessary Experience and Requirements:
  • Minimum education qualification of B.Sc/HND in Accounting Finance
  • Must be ACA, ACCA certified
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) experience in related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
  • Strong ability to make projections and forecasts
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • IFRS Knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Applicant must possess integrity and honesty

Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Main Task:
  • Assistant to the Managing Director CEO
  • Overall management of the Executive Office
  • Collect and research information’s on assigned matters
  • Coordinate and document Executive meetings
  • Report writing skills with the use of MS Office applications
  • Other task as assigned by the CEO

Necessary Experience Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc./HND any any higher degree would be of added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills within an international environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Demonstrates drive, enthusiasm, self-motivation and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to stay focused efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities.
  • At least 3 years or more work experience as Executive Assistant Office Manager and/or Secretary in a large company is a strong advantage
  • Professionalism
  • Profound knowledge in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Internet research
  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
