Job Title: General Manager Commercial

Job Description

The role will focus on the growth and development of the Giant Beverages business. The main purpose will be to focus on driving profitable growth, achieving net sales and net margin targets assigned annually by Management, while at the same time building the company’s corporate and product brands.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • The development and execution of the commercial strategy of the organisation in order to maximise all commercial opportunities for company’s businesses.
  • Understanding thy Nigerian beverages landscape - consumer Insights, customers, competitor’s insights, retail environment and competitor’s brands in order to develop a clear-cut business proposition for building and growing our brands
  • Work with the management learn to carry out business analysis as appropriate to identify areas of potential commercial growth and o1iportjnities in sales range management, purchasing, margin and profit
  • Extensive management of our Marketing Sales and Strategic Channel Business Development units to deliver on organisational and business objectives
  • Relationship management - working closely with specific channels to drive collaborative business process
  • Ensure delivery of sales and profit targets

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Deputy Production Manager
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • The incumbent will be expected to have a good knowledge of pet bottling equipment.
  • Coordinate the technical operators to ensure machine s properly operated and maintained.
  • Organise manage and motivate a number of shop floor staff to meet output schedules.
  • Keep assigned work area in sanitary and hygienic conditions fit for food and beverage production
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
  • Must possess an HND/BSC in Mechanical /Production Engineering with a minimum of five
  • 5 years’ experience in the beverage company (PET line) and with at least two (2) year in a supervisory positions
  • Applicants must be sod-disciplined and methodical with an eye for detail and oriented disposition within the production team.
Job Title: Production Analyst

Job Description
The successful candidate would be responsible for using the advanced software programs to analyse and review our daily production processes. The role is to ensure accuracy on the production floor from raw materials to finished products. The successful candidate must be IT literate; knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan, analyse and manage production activities using production-specific software.
  • Prepare reports concerning downtime, equipment repairs, and delays, on daily, weekly and monthly basis and resolving inventory imbalances.
  • Analyse consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency.
  • Monitor the execution of production plan and identify deviations.
  • Communicate production status and error updates to management on regular basis
  • Evaluate issues, analyse root causes and derive solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the availability of materials, equipment, resources and electricity.

  • At least a first degree in a related field

Job Description 

The Human Resources & Administration Manager, will be responsible for various HR and administration duties throughout the office including recruitment, mobilisation, welfare, strategic planning and training, and general administration.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Heading the department of HR& Administration with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization including project staff
  • Translating the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership for HR management related learning and development
  • Managing general HR practices such as recruitment staffing performance management system, staff orientation development and training compensation and benefits administration

Job Title: Chief Accountant

Job Description
Our Chief Accountant will ensure the effective and efficient management of the financial and accounting function of the company in terms of revenue collection and disbursement, financial controls, policy compliance and periodic rendition of accounts and reports.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, control and monitor Financial Policy in the Company to ensure compliance and consistency in Accounting management
  • Participate in Sales and Revenue Collection to check the incidence of bad debts
  • Responsible for Inventory and Assets Management in the Company in order to ensure that company assets are protected
  • Provide payment control systems and procedures to check tosses due to fraud
  • Responsible for Financial Accounting and Reporting for the Company as an input for consideration into corporate accounts

 Job Title: Deputy Production Manager

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise all aspects of factory operations and ensure that set production targets are met.
  • Supervise production supervisors and ensure safe and appropriate conduct.

Job Description

Our Accounting Officers will be responsible for generating financial reports, billing system, invoicing, debt management, payroll and other general accounting functions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of alt required reports in an organized file system for future retrieval as needed Responsible for performing the collection of all accounts receivable.

  • Perform daily cash receipts, deposits, expenses and reports.

  • Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the above machine in a safe and appropriate manner to achieve production targets Trobbleshoot machine on minor breakdown issues
  • Cooperate with factory workers and other production staff to achieve assigned goals and objectives
  • Liaise with internal and external technicians/experts on equipment, repair and installation. 
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
  • OND in a technical discipline from a recognized polytechnic or NABTEB; WAEC Certificate with credit passes in English Language and Mathematics
  • Candidates must have 2 years working experience in beverages bottling company.
