Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Milk Powder

Location:
Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Responsible for distribution of Jago Milk Powder category & generate additional volume within specified territory. To develop robust team and further opening new channels
  • To develop market & customer-wise distribution plan.
  • To ensure product availability & visibility and required sales-visit with the retail/ wholesale.
  • Driving Innovation: additional volumes through new channel exploration.
  • Develop quarterly & monthly Milk Powder plan by SKU, focusing on the weekly-target.
  • Category management and overall perspective of customer, consumer & trade.
  • Competition update : new launches, pricing, schemes, promotions etc.
  • To drive price-point compliance with all serviced markets.
  • To provide comprehensive & detailed information to customers on promotions, business activities monthly reconciliations, supply-chain management & achievement of business objectives.
  • To develop, measure & grow each of the serviced-markets through regular performance reviews, monitoring of objectives.
  • To identify & explore new markets/ opportunities.
  • To coach, supervise & inspire sales team to deliver on agreed target.
  • Performance evaluation: To measure & review category performance.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Science (Post graduate qualification (MBA) desirable)
  • 8 years experience in sales (with min. of 2 years in senior position with Milk Powder sales)
  • Customer management & selling skills essentials
  • Had previously worked with reputed Milk Powder brands & has sound understanding of Sales & Distribution channel.
 Job Title: Sales Manager, Modern Trade

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities

  • To officially launch SNL portfolio with the Modern Trade and create robust systems, building team & overall management of Modern Trade.
  • Reports to the  Zonal Manager
  • To ensure product listing with all major brands as per Distribution plan.
  • To ensure product availability & visibility and required merchandising across range.
  • Driving Innovation : winning at the MOC/ POP (moment of choice or point of purchase) through excellent merchandising using POSM (point of sales material).
  • Develop quarterly & monthly category plans for assortment, shelf-layout, promotional strategy and price positions, focusing on the target shopper.
  • Category mgmt and overall perspective of customer, shopper & channel mgmt.
  • Shopper insights: Use and leverage account specific category and shopper insights.
  • To drive in-store execution compliance (as per plano-gram) in all serviced outlets.
  • To provide comprehensive & detailed information to customers on promotions, business activities monthly reconciliations, supply-chain mgmt & achievement of business objectives.
  • To develop, measure & grow each of the serviced-units through regular performance reviews, monitoring of objectives.

Requirements

 Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Ware house Manager
  • Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are accurate in quantity, type, and also have acceptable quality
  • Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day
  • Selecting space for storage and arranging of goods to be placed in the designated areas
  • Organizing and taking proper stock of products in the warehouse
  • Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
  • 2 to 3 years of working experience
  • Must be a male who has a Ware house experience
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and meet targets
 Job Title: Marketing Executive(s)

Responsibilities
  • Reports to the Market Head in Sosaco Nigeria Limited
  • To help plan and execution of sales promotion and consumer promotion activities including: Trade Schemes, Consumer Promos, Marketing Activations, Sampling, Developing trade promotion plans in liaison with sales team, Developing agencies for execution of media plans.
  • To assist in developing vendors for promotion related activities (Market Activations, Paintings, POP, and Banners etc.)
  • Liaison with agencies for implementation of marketing activities or assigned event.
  • To prepare sales and marketing reports for management decision making.
  • To assist in other market relating activities in the assigned territory.
  • To collect data on price (wholesale, retail and consumer), packaging, promotion for all the brands in operating categories in assigned territory.
  • To update competition info in terms of any price change, promotion, new product launch, price changes etc.
  • To conduct availability and sales trends studies in assigned territory for brands in operating segment on ongoing basis.
  • Any other related duties to be assigned from time to time
Requirements

  • Restock supply closet with printing papers, ink, paper clips, staplers, files, folders and correction fluid

 Job Title: Consumer Insights Manager

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Market Head in Sosaco Nigeria Limited
  • To support the Marketing Head in developing, executing and evaluating a marketing activity plan which delivers annual brand performance goals (awareness, equity, volume, market share, etc.) amongst the targeted audience.
  • Liaison with external agencies for research on BHT,U&A study etc
  • To form consumer panel for conducting FGDs for consumer insight.
  • To develop consumer insight for current and future products by carrying out consumer related research on on-going basis
  • To develop and execute market research plans for various brands/products
  • Liaison with agencies for setting up of Retail audit and executing the same.
  • Any other related duties to be assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Minimum of second-class Bachelor’s degree (Food Technology preferred) from a reputable university, either in Nigeria or abroad.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage.
  • 8-10 years working experience in a reputable company, preferably FMCG, of which at least 3 must be in Product Research / consumer insights

  • AGE: Candidate should not be above 45 years
