Responsibilities

  • Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.

Job Title: Office Manager

Responsibilities
  • Maintain office services and office records
  • Ensure effective day to day running of the office
  • Handle all third party inquiries and manage internal staff relations
  • Receive and transmitting as appropriate, accurate record of all messages and correspondence from third parties to the company.
  • Efficient use of the computer to prepare, control and manage correspondence, reports and documents.

  • To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members
  • To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily
  • To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking
  • To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
  • To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.
  • Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse

  • A Shop supervisor works with, and supports the Shop Manager to ensure effective overall store operations and the achievement of set sales targets.
  • A Shop Supervisor will act as a sales associate, mentor and administrator. 
  • The Supervisor must maintain open communication with the Shop Manager and make the Shop Manager aware of any operational or merchandising issues, working together towards resolution
