Vacancy exists for the following post in a well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Head Quarters in Lagos with very encouraging conditions of service.

1. Estate Surveyor (Valuation Dept.)
Qualification:

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• ANIVS is an added advantage
• Must be very Good in Valuation
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
• Resident in Lagos arid have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be very Good in Property Management
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
• ANIVS is an added advantage

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
• Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence.
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Good marketing and communication skills.

• Applicants must be computer literate.
• Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience
• Candidates with a B.Sc or HND in Secretarial studies would be preferred

• Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of Bsc or HND in any discipline.
• Computer Skill + 2 years experience be able to organise activities of the PP with minimal supervision
