Job Title:  Facility Manager
 Job Objectives:
To plan, maintain and develop effective services ranging from property strategy, space management to building and grounds maintenance, effective administration and management.
Job Description:
Manages the maintenance of all electrical systems and a services
Maintenance and up keep of Generators
Maintenance and operations of swimming pools and all recreational facilities
Maintenance of civil and building fabrics – floors, walls, doors, windows, ceiling, roofs and ducts
Maintenance of cleaning and fumigation, waste disposal
Maintenance of landscaping and horticulture
Roads and drains maintenance
Maintenance of fire detection and alarm system s and services
Lift maintenance and operations
Maintenance of plumbing systems
Maintenance of water production system
Maintenance of fire fighting systems
Maintenance of sewage treatment plant
Waste management
Management of club houses and tennis court
Management of facility staff and tool
Qualifications
Minimum of BSc/HND in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Estate Management
Minimum of 4 years experience in facility management or similar environment
Ability to work under pressure without compromise to quality and timeliness

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• B.sc or HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years experience in purchasing and supply in a reputable company.
• Sound knowledge of procurement and supply chain process, adapt in the specification and identification of technical items, possession of effective negotiation skills, veritable contacts with manufactures of required items.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time line in a cost controlled manner.

• Strictly observe traffic rules and speed limits, ensure vehicles are clean, well maintained, routinely checked; fill appropriate log books, respect your passengers and employ defensive driving techniques.
• 5 years driving experience, sound knowledge of Lagos roads and ability to diagnose and handle reasonably vehicular challenges.
• Minimum of SSCE, valid drivers license and good knowledge of traffic signs.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
