JOB TITLE: Planning/Cost Control Officer
PURPOSE
 To create effective book keeping for the performances and documentations in the section.
To directly assist the section management in updating essential administrative tasks and demands of production section.
Staff attendance records and close monitoring requires with staff performance.
To improve communication requirements in the section within and without.
This position will improve accountability and cost efficiency of the section by proper documentations and communication through performance analysis and reports.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
 To ensure the biometric operation in production or beyond is managed efficiently.
 To work with the management team of production to achieve the set goals and targets.
To ensure that all relevant documentations and communication from the section is effectively administered as required by the production management team, to improve performance.
To participate in all production meetings to undertake the meeting proceedings, update, circulate and document for references.
 To Participate in any Adhoc (Month end Stock Count/Operations Invocom& ETC) assignments as authorized by the section management.
To analyses reports and communicate results to the section management for discussion, corrections and implementation.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
(IPE Factor: Knowledge)
The right candidate;
must have an OND/HND/BSC in either Accounting/Management/Food Technology/Arts or any Science based Certificate.
He/She must have 1 or 2 years of experience in similar organisation, will be an added advantage.
Should possess basic computer literate
Ability to work with strict timeline achievement.
Ready to learn and work with team spirit
Good communication skill



JOB TITLE: Packaging Supervisor (Frozen)
PURPOSE

The Frozen Packaging Supervisor is tasked the perform the following roles;
Ensure optimization of the frozen equipment usage.
Quality sachet products are consistently produced to meet the market demand.
The packaging environment meet with the CGMP standard.
The packaged products are accounted for to the finished goods area.
Performance in the unit is documented and pass to all the stack holders.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
Waste reduction through close monitoring
Improving productivity through reduction of stoppage, due to attitude.
Improving Man Hour factor through close control of staff
Improving quality due to direct and regular supervision of activities
Enforce discipline through regular communication and actions
ISO22000 Compliance.
Ad hoc assignments.


 Accountabilities

 Production efficiency.
 Packaging efficiency.
Attendance register and records.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
(IPE Factor: Knowledge)
The right candidate should possess a 5 credits O/Level certificate with a minimum of 10 years experience or OND in relevant sciences with 5 years experience or HND/BSC in relevant sciences with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Must be of good Integrity, Honesty, Faithfulness, Transparency and Respectful.
Must have good communication skill.
Must show commitment and willing to take Ownership of the Job.
Must be able to go extra mile when needed.

 

 JOB TITLE: Mixing Supervisor
Purpose
(Area Performance and Control)
 Organisation of workforce in the area.
To ensure optimum utilization of mixing and processing capacity.
To ensure SOP is in place and followed for the equipment operation.
To ensure correct recipe and raw materials usage in the products mixing.
To ensure sufficient products supply to the packaging area at the right time.
To ensure planned production from planning area is 100% implemented.
Ensure full control of mixing and processing equipment.
To ensure ISO22000 compliance as required in mixing and processing area.
Ensure all bottlenecks are communicated to the stakeholders at the right time and at all times observed.
To ensure consistent training and retraining of the staff in the area.
To maintain the Best Manufacturing Environment (BME) in the area.
Monthly comprehensive report submitted to Production manager and GMO on the area performance from the Area Manager Mixing (AMM).

COGNESANCE QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL/EXPERIENCE

The Qualified Applicant possesses the following Background:

The right candidate should possess BSC/HND in related science field/Computer or Vast Experience with  Mixing and Processing Procedures.
Ability to manage situations and motivate all the stakeholders at all times.
Good Communication Skill to flow through both the up and down stream in the organisation.
Has basic Computer know how to manage the new technology in the area.
Possesses active will to achieveing set goals and promoting strong team spirit with the team members across the organisation.
AMM must be able to give details in the area activities in the area.
Must possess Integrity, Honesty, Eaithfulness, Transparency and Respect.
High Interest to the Job and expression of Zeal, Commitment and Ownership
Must possess more than one year basic experience in food processing environment.
Ready to go extra mile with commitment for the organisation, when required.


JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor (Ice-cream)
Purpose:

To ensure the shift planned Ice cream performance Target is achieved
To coordinates, Participate and Report performance requirements for goal achievement.
To maintain and Repair the operational equipment of the Ice cream production within the scope of profession with view of time management for efficient performance.
To optimize all the resources available in the Area toward better performance result.
To ensure maintaining the first and second level equipment maintenance status
To ensure Quality performance in production of Ice cream Products in FMN.
To account resources utilization and performance output of Ice cream Production.
