LIVINGSTONE ESTATES Ltd. an emerging Real Estates development company requires top level, result oriented qualified Marketing Personnel to fill existing vacancies.

Job Title: Marketing Officers
Requirements:

You have not less than a 2.2 or upper credit B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or any relevant courses in the Social Science from a reputable institution.
You are confident, self-motivated, smart iooking and passionate about marketing and meeting people.
A self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and reside in Lagos or Port Harcourt or Abuja
Not more than 40 years of age.

Job Title: Marketing Executives
Requirements:

You have not less than a 2.2 or upper credit B.5c./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or any relevant courses in the Social Science from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
With minimum of 5 years working experience with a reputable Real Estate developer, . .
You are confident, self-motivated, smart looking and passionate about marketing and meeting people. .
A self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and reside in Lagos or Port Harcourt or Abuja· .
Not more than 45 years of age.
