Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of bill of quantities, tenders reports and final accounts.
• A good practical knowledge of construction procedures.
• Preparation of valuation and progress report.
• A good knowledge of contract law.
• A candidate must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft office application.
• A good communication and negotiating skills
• A good team player.
• Ability to work without supervision.
  

• A minimum of HND/B.SC in Quantity Survey
• A minimum of 8 years working experience in construction Industry.
• Good Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.

• HND/B.SC degree in accountancy or equivalents.
• Must be chartered with minimum of 5years cognate experience in accounting practice in reputable organization.
• A working experience in Construction Company would be an added advantage.

• Must start from analyzing areas and factors that are related to designing and construction.
• To work according to a plan with regards to what are the key essentials and what needs to be modified before the construction.
• Review and approve project reports and designs.
• Develop detailed design layout.
• Ensure that the rules, regulations and guidelines are followed without any exception.
• To monitor the operations and working of operation on the site.
• To interact and communicate effectively with other sub-contractors, architects and quantity surveyor of the site.
• To ensure that the project is completed on time within the planned budget.
• A good practical knowledge of construction procedure.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft application.
• Candidates must be a good team player.

• HND /B.SC Civil Engineering or Building Technology.
• A minimum of 8 years working experience in construction.
• Ability to work without supervision.

• Candidate must be very creative in architectural designs.
• Candidates must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications, AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Revit.
• A good practical knowledge of construction procedures.
• A good team player.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Designing new buildings, extension or alterations of existing buildings
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.

• Minimum of M.Sc degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 8 years working experience in construction Industry.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
