Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualifications
• Good communications skills.

• IT trainers have many responsibilities dealing with students and the course to be followed to be proficient in IT skills.
• Conducting training requirement evaluations
• Designing all computer training programs
• Creating a mix of informal and formal advance activities in training programs
• Creating course materials and various other documents like handouts, exercises and manuals
• Liaising with external course providers to carry out the skill requirement of the company
• Conduct performance evaluation to define the skills of students
• Deliver training sessions in informal as well as formal settings
• Maintain records of the students performance
• Assessing value of training programs and understanding the outcomes

• Administrative skills
• Excellent skills in communication, be it verbal or written
• Management skills
• Organizing, analytical and technical skills
• Being patient and persistent in delivering appropriate training
• Ability to work in various kinds of environments.

• OND / HND / Degree qualification required

• It includes designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining applications using programming languages.
• Applications Developers render software requirements into programming code and develop programs. They must have knowledge of one programming language at least. They often specialize in one field.
• He works with other designers to produce these programming codes. He must test the program before going live, and once the system is working and running, he should take care to maintain it. He also prepares user manuals.
• A Web Developer works with managers and a team to develop specification documents. He also needs to ensure that the project is completed on time.
• He needs to estimate the costing of the project, not just in terms of monetary aspects but also the expertise required, the time taken and the number of people required to accomplish the task.
• He should further educate his team members regarding the latest innovations in technology and how best could it be assimilated into the existing activities. He should also help maintain the current active sites.

• OND / HND / Degree qualification required

• A Network Administrator needs to have a thorough knowledge of servers and desktop products.
• Secondly, he should be efficient in setting up remote access for users.
• He should also be having a working knowledge of current communication devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
• A Network Administrator must possess the ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.

• A Network Administrator needs to be highly proficient in verbal and written communications.
• He should be comfortable with the orientation and training of new staff as he would be expected to supervise, coach and mentor network services assistants.
• He would require the ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.

• He should possess the calm and resolute attitude in managing multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.

• A Network Administrator establishes network specifications after discussion with users. He needs to evaluate network performance issues including availability and utilization.
• Further, he is required to plan and execute the selection and also needs to install and configure the equipment. It is the responsibility of a Network Administrator to define network policies and procedures.
• He is required to establish connections and firewalls. He maintains network performance by network monitoring and analysis and performance tuning.
• He is the one liable to troubleshoot network problems and who needs to report escalating problems to vendor. He is also expected to upgrade network by talking with vendors and then testing and installing enhancements.

• It is the prime duty of the Network Administrator to prepare users by designing and conducting training programs. Meets financial necessities by submitting information for budgets and other monitoring expenses.
• He also needs to upgrade himself by participating in educational opportunities.
• He needs to keep himself up-to–date with his job knowledge by reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.

• It is his utmost responsibility to protect the organization’s value by keeping all information confidential.
• He also needs to accomplish the goals of the organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

• HND / Degree qualification required

• Report to work at the specified time every morning.
• Avoid over speeding and rash driving at all occasions.
• Be patient in heavy traffic situations.
• Always wear a seat belt and also ensure all the passengers in the vehicles have also done the same.
• While driving, maintain lane discipline.
• Do not break traffic rules.
• Must carry his driving license at all the time.
• Should not engage in unnecessary honking.
• While leaving the vehicle at the parking spot, ensure the engine is turned off, all windows are shut and the car keys have been removed.
• Must not park on busy roads or no parking areas.
• Give appropriate signal before taking a turn.
• The driver may be required to run errands sometimes.
• Check the car on regular basis and ensure it is in up to date condition. Ensure a spare tire and a jack is always present in the car.
• In case any maintenance or repairs are required, bring it to the notice of Admin.
• Driver must ensure he is just a phone call away from office.

• Under Graduate / Graduate in any field.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience as a Driver will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have some minimum technical knowledge about problems encountered with vehicles in day to day running and how to solve them.
