Vashcoal Limited - a leading company located in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position of:


Job Position: Private Lawyer
Location: Lagos, Mainland
Responsibilities

  • Advising the company on business transaction
  • Interpreting laws,rulings and regulations for the company
  • Making decision and solving problem
  • Provide consultation and advise to other
  • Interpreting the meaning of unformation to others
  • Preparation of legal documents like deeds,patent applications,mortgage,leases and contract.
  • Negotiate settlements of civil disputes
  • Perform administrative and management functions to the practice of law.
Requirement
  • Must possess knowledge of law and government policies and regulations
  • Must possess problem solving skills
  • Must possess advising and decision making skills.
  • Minimum of Bsc with at least two years experience
  • Ability to apply general rule to specific problems
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing
  • Must possess strong negotiation skills
Remuneration
Salary Range:100,000-150,000
