South Atlantic Travels is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Client Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

General knowledge of the Federal Skilled Work and Study Permit of the Canadian Immigration Visa Program
Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality and conduct research based on visa processing
Good analytical skills with keen attention to details
Certified and proficient in Microsoft office applications and good Knowledge of general computer operations
Promote Company's services and be able to monitor/advice Customers based on Federal Skilled Work and Study Permit Program
Ability to use internet facilities and work with less or no supervision
Ability and willingness to work as a team, very creative and handle multiple tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

OND (minimum requirement)
Excellent Communication Skills
Must be good with customer service skills
Must be trustworthy, self-disciplined and transparent
3-5 years working experience.
