Position: Product Manager, Valves

Ref: PMD/PMV
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Area: Marketing & Sales

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales, PMD, this person will develop and increase the Company's market share and growth of control valves, regulators and actuation products in Nigeria.
  • The product manager will work across the organisation to influence and promote the valves and actuation business including direct selling, training, coaching, pricing and inventory planning assistance for our target market segments.
Qualifications
  • This position requires an individual with an Engineering (instrumentation) degree or its equivalent with 5 to 10 years experience in product management, sales and marketing.
Skills Required:
  • Experience in Control Valves, Regulators and Automated Ball Valves is a pre-requisite.
  • The person must have relevant business experience and product knowledge in the oil and gas industry.
  • Financial acumen, marketing and negotiation skills are a requirement.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to locations as required to execute job responsibilities.
 Position: Client Account Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Area: Marketing & Sales

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Head, Sales & Marketing PMD, this person will be responsible for maximizing Company business prospects (including all products, services and agency products) with major clients in order to generate revenue for profitable growth year on year.
Qualifications
  • A relevant degree in Electronics / Instrumentation with a good knowledge of Process Control Automation systems and field instrumentation is a pre-requirement for this position.
  • Must have 10 to 15 years in Sales and Marketing or Account Management typically handling customers from process industry in Nigeria including major oil and gas customers.
  • Proven experience of engaging with senior management level contacts.
Skills Required:
  • Stellar managerial, interpersonal and leadership abilities with good work ethics.
  • Excellent presentation and outstanding networking skills.
  • Detailed understanding of the oil and gas business.

Position: ICSS Lead Engineer

Ref: PMD/ICSSL
Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Area: Engineering

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the GM Services, the ICSS Lead will be responsible for coordinating the DeltaV installed system services in Nigeria, providing technical support for the internal Sales, Proposal, Project and Service teams where required.
  • The person will provide Emerson Guardian Support Management for all systems.
Qualifications
  • This position requires an individual with an Instrumentation Engineering degree or its equivalent with 5 to 8 years experience.
  • Delta V certification required.
Skills Required:
  • Ability to generate Service Sales prospects from site services.
  • Resource planning and development.
  • Stellar customer relationship management skills.
 Position: Metering Skid Facility Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Area: Engineering
Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the GM Services, this person will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of Production Department in the procurement of materials, the design and manufacture of oil and gas metering systems.
Qualifications
  • This position requires an individual with a Mechanical Engineering degree or its equivalent with 5 to 10 years experience in product management and manufacture.
  • Familiar with relevant international standards and codes of practice relating to metering systems.
  • Certified to relevant Health and Safety standard.
  • Experience in management of a metering skid facility is a pre-requisite.
Skills Required:
  • Must be competent in running a metering skid facility Ability to plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing activity to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.
  • Participate in design review / contract review meetings.
  • Ordering of fabrication materials.
  • Establishment of painting, hydro test and stress relief procedures.
  • Contract management with project management skills
  • Proven record of revenue growth and customer service.
  • Financial acumen, marketing and negotiating skills.
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office), 3D Autocad skills are a prerequisite.
  • Goal-oriented with ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
  • Willing and able to work hours necessary to meet deadlines and respond to emergency demands.
 Job Title: Stores Assistant
Ref. SCH/STA
Area: Supply Chain
Level: Entry graduate level
Years of experience: 3yrs - 5yrs
Location: Rivers Nigeria
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Stores Manager, this person will be responsible for ensuring proper inventory is kept and record keeping maintained at the Company's General Store to facilitate accurate identification and retrieval of items. The person will ensure that the stores are organised to function at optimum capacity and that materials received locally and internationally are properly checked and matched with LPOs issued, and book records reflect accurately the physical stock position of all items (consumables, spare parts, tools and equipment) at all times.

Qualification

  • Relevant Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years working in the stores function of an oil and gas engineering service company is a requirement
  • A relevant inventory management certification will be an added advantage
  • Ability to drive a forklift is also an added advantage.
Skills required
  • Must show evidence of mastery of Inventory software
  • A thorough understanding of Inventory Management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills a pre-requisite
  • Must be well versed in inventory taking and reporting skills
  • May be required to perform and/or supervise lifting and handling operations
  • Knowledge of modern store/ warehousing procedures, including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices etc is a pre-requisite
