Our Client, a leading operator in the cement manufacturing sector of the economy requires competent, self-motivated and experienced personnel for immediate engagement with the following positions:



Position: Technical Services Manager
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Marketing and Technical Assistant Director.

  • Carry out sensitization and training programs to company’s customers in the quality attributes & applications of its cement product.
  • Provide technical support to the company’s sales team and customers by way of generating business and post – sales service in the area of our product performances .
  • Assist in company & competitors’ product performance measurement

Position: Professional/Technical
Competencies:
  • Must have good knowledge of the cement and construction processes
IT SKILLS:
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft word and Advanced Excel
QUALIFICATION:
  • Must be a graduate in a technical discipline preferably in civil Engineering
THE PERSON:
  • Age between 30 – 45 years. Proactive, Self-motivated and Disciplined.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 10 years post -qualification experience in an industrial plant (preferably cement manufacturing)

Position: Key Account Manager                    
Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the sales Director and has supervisory role over the Sales
  • Executives, Sales Representative and Depot Admin officer. Supervise the formulation of the sales, marketing, distribution & field plans to achieve the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Optimize direct end-user/stable market, premium price potentials for bulk jumbo and height volume bag sales to maximize contribution to overall sales Maintain and grow existing key accounts customers Develop prospective/viable key accounts customers.
  • Identify, attract and retain industrial/other direct- user segment in core south south and south East Nigeria market.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with decision makers in government, construction companies, building societies and professional bodies like NIA, NIOB & NSE ETC
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to and make recommendations for improvement.
SPECIAL JOB SKILL:
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills Computer proficiency
  • Strong people management and training skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
QUALIFICATION:
  • A good university degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering (preferably civil Engineering).
  • A Good MBA will be an added advantage
THE PERSON:
  • Age between 30-45 years. Proactive, Self-motivated and Disciplined,
EXPERIENCE:
  • A Minimum of 10 years cognate experience.

Position: Key Accounts Supervisor
Responsibilities
  • Reports to the key accounts manager and has supervisory role over the Sales Executives and Sales Representative. Achieve sales targets for the assigned key accounts. Initiate and maintain channels of communications with construction companies and key customers in the field. Feed management with continuous reports on all Competitors movements (marketing intelligence reports)
  • Ensure that Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Carry out additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by the key Accounts Manager.

  • Strong people management and training skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
