Job Title: Entry Level Customer Service Representative
Code: CSR01
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:

• Will be the first point of contact with customers on the phone.
• Receive and resolve customer’s complaints.
• Educate customers about our products and services.
• Attend to SMS and BBM communications with customers.
• Be friendly at all times when attending to customers.
• Work on rotational shift cycles.

• OND/HND in any Discipline.

• Good command of English language; spoken and written
• Comfortable with touchscreen phones (Android & Windows)
• Friendly outgoing personality
• Good analytical instincts and attention to details.
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Lives close to Ikeja, Lagos.

• Will process all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Will be required to give daily reports on orders processed.
• Work on rotational shift cycles.
• Will provide feedback to customer service relations on status of orders.
• Will be responsible for optimizing processes and giving useful suggestions to management.

• OND/HND in any Discipline.

• Good with numbers and can perform basic calculations
• Familiar with windows and Android platforms.
• Eye for details.
• Lives close to Ikeja, Lagos.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work in a team.

• Attend to customers on social media platforms (WHATSAPP, FACEBOOK, etc)
• Highly proficient at using the WORD, EXCEL & WHATSAPP application of an android or windows platform
• Good command of written English
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• A good team player.

• OND/HND in any Discipline.

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Able to perform simple calculations.
• Able to work in a team.
