Job Title: Credit Management Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Aggregate and develop annual credit portfolio plan in collaboration with business line managers
• Analyse credit request in line with Company's credit management policy
• Oversee the coordination of credit assessment , performance review and recovery efforts to achieve MTN credit management objectives
• Prepare credit management reports in line with Credit Management Policy
• Consolidate divisional credit portfolio performance and provide updates to the GM, Treasury
• Recommend limits based on assessment score card/templates and Team Leads recommendation.
• Review and approve credit request within the delegated limit
• Recommend bad debt write-off to the GM Treasury and Management Credit Committee (MCC)

• Standard MTN working conditions.
• May work extended hours.

• Minimum of B.Sc
• 8 years of overall experience with includes:
• Relevant experience in end-to-end credit or risk management process and/or compliance or consulting experience.
• Accounting/Book Keeping experience
• Proficiency use of MS Office
• Knowledge of the telecoms industry

• Basic GSM
• Credit management fundamentals
• Systems/Applications appreciation training
