Job Description

• Qualification of prospective suppliers and vendors
• Source and Manage procurement of materials and services for different business lines.
• Undertaking market survey to update the materials price list
• Conduct bidding procedures.
• Effective negotiation of best cost.
• Contract negotiation
• Manage suppliers Performance Evaluation, take.

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 2-3 years working experience on telecom or IT industry,
• Willing work in west africa.

• Responsible for data center facilities implementation design, including processing, cost budgeting and project scheduling, etc.
• Provide delivery design support for global data center project;
  

• Comprehend and agree with Huawei company culture, serve for customer with all heart
• In-depth knowledge of the data center facilities, including power supply system, HVAC system, Low Voltage system, decoration system, fire suppression & detection system, etc.
• Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, LEED, IEEE and NFPA as well as vendors and technologies as they relate to the data center facilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and having ability of using Sketchup or 3DMAX is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills and must have strong English and presentation skills.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in data center design fields, and undertake large-scale data center design preferred.
• With Accredited Tier Specialist preferred
• Bachelor Degrees minimum.

• Responsible for delivery management of managed services, i.e. progress, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for network transition，including team establishment, O&M regulation and processes establishment, O&M tools deployment, etc.
• Responsible for O&M management of customer network, including fault management, monitoring management change management, ã€�build and improve network contingency plan, and responsible for KPI/SLA.
• Responsible for business transformation of managed service, improve network quality and reduce delivery cost.
• Responsible for finance management of managed services.
• Responsible for customer relationship maintenance, and regular communication with customer in order to resolve network problems.

• Bachelor degree or above, in EE, telecommunications or computer science;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in telecommunications, and familiar with O&M management model of operators, or management and operation model of managed services vendor; familiar with wireless O&M;
• Experienced at project management, and possess PMP certificate is preferred.
• Experienced at finance management, team management, quality management and internal control management, etc;
• Strong sense of responsibility, and high spirits in respecting work, and can work under pressure and in multi-culture environment, frequent travel or work overseas.
• Good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills, teamwork, and good coordination and organizing skills.
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.

• Responsible for network performance improvement.
• Responsible for frequency planning & tuning/PSC planning/UTRAN optimization.
• Responsible for in-depth drive test log analysis and high level solution recommendation.
• Responsible for GSM/UMTS network troubleshooting/analysis and problem resolution.
• Responsible for customer support for network bottleneck resolution.
• Responsible for High level in-depth performance analysis.
• Supervision of SBC/field engineers.

• Professional Qualification & experience: Bachelor degree more than 4 years or master degree more than 2 years work experience of communication, electron and computer .
• Produc Skill: Familiar with Huawei or E/// GSM/UMTS RF RNP & RNO, be able to do network Audit, maintenance, optimization and KPI Improve and give training to local staff.
• Professional Skill: Familiar with GSM/UMTS basic theory, deep knowledge on call signaling flow, and has ability to analysis network issues speedily.
• Language: English or French as work language.
• Leadership Qualiies: Have good communication and team-cooperation skills
• Visa: STR or work permit
• Work Location: Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire,Cameroon

• Realization of Huawei project quality management requirements in delivery project, establish effective project quality management system, identify gaps and make continuously improvement so as to decrease the PONC (Price of Non-comformance)
• The identification, circulation and pushing improvement of project quality problems (including EHS problems), decrease site acceptance period and improve customer satisfaction
• Accountability of integrity and quality violation

• Bachelor or above
• At least 3 years telecommunication experience
• English or French as working language
