Job Title: Sales Managers - Bread and Pastry
Locations: Lagos, Uyo/Calabar and Ibadan
Objective

• To acquire new business/account, and sale, delivery target set by the organization.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new businesses/accounts within designated territory
• Coordinate, develop and groom sales reps towards organizational goals and objectives
• Maintain a superb customer relationship interface on behalf of the company
• Liaises with distributors and customers to maximize sales potentials
• Collect competitors MIS and market update
• Prepare and send sales reports as per defined system and processes

Education & Experience

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any Social Sciences with 4-8 years sales experience
• Must be consumer focused and have good knowledge of Sales processes and Management.
• Conversant with the brand building an FMCG especially non drink sector
• Excellent Sales drive and selling skill, Good communicator and interpersonal relationship
• Numerical skills, Confident and Presentable
• Good knowledge of his or her territory is crucial.
• Must be computer literate.
