Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc/HND in Business Administration/Marketing or related courses.
  • IT capacity Must be computer literate.
  • Communication Skills: Must be an excellent communication with good skills in people management Drive.
  • The ideal candidate must be self driven and able to achieve and surpass Sales Targets.
Experience
  • Must have substantial experience in the Marketing and Sales of Foods and Beverage Products.
  • Candidates who have worked in the Marketing of Bakery.
  • Confectionary and Beverage Products will have an added advantage.

Job Title: Head, Internal Control
Locations: Abuja and Kano
Job Description

  • The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the organization's Internal Control Systems.
  • He will be accountable for the successful monitoring and control of all operations, policies and procedures in all our outlets and production centers.
  • He will superintend measures that will eliminate theft and fraud while maintaining operational standards and integrity.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
  • The successful candidate should have a minimum of a B.Sc, (Accounting) with 5-7 years experience in Internal Controls and Audit work at senior level in the food industry.
  • Candidates with experience in internal Controls in the Quick Service Restaurant Sector will be an advantage.
  • The successful candidate should be ready to travel regularly and must have high levels of personal integrity and goal getting abilities.

Job Title: Trainee Manager

Job Description

  • The successful candidates for this position are to be trained as potential Managers of all our retail outlets and will be exposed to all the aspects of our operations during the duration of their training to give them adequate foundation which will enable them realize their potentials within the organization.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
  • Trainee Managers must have at least a first degree or HND and 1 year experience in a Managerial/ Supervisory role.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customer complaints
  • Must be willing and able to be trained and work in both the Food Service and Customer Service Teams of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have competent computer skills
  • Be able to motivate, delegate and co-ordinate.
  • Writing to work shift with an energetic approach.
