Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Roles

• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
• Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations.
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Overseeing the office work of staff members.
• Others as will be required of you.

• B.Sc in any discipline + 5 years post NYSC experience in similar positions.
• Interested candidate should be between the age of 30- 40yrs.
• Wlth the ability to use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
• Knowledge of social media management wiil be an added advantage.

• Performing risk, value management and cost control. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks,
• Providing adsice on contractual claims.
• And others as will be required.

• B.Sc in any related discipline Masters/previous work experience will be an added advantage.
• Interested Candidate must possess a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• A strong numeracy and financial management skills and the ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages.
• The ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people.
• The ability to motivate and lead those on site.
• A good knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters.
• Able to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

• Preparing capital and operating budgets, administering the budget process, and reporting performance against budgets.
• Evaluating the performance of managers and business units against other business plans and benchmarks.
• Analyzing and reporting on financial problems and business situations.
• And others as may be required.

• B.Sc Accounting, smart and with at least three years of related work experience.
• ACCA, ICAN can be an added advantage.
• Interested candidates must possess the ability to analyze figures knowledge of accounting principles and excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently.
• Knowledge of computers and familiarity with accounting software is essential.

• General management of the store.
• And ensuring customers satisfaction.
• Monitoring sales and services associates.
• And others as will be required.

• B.Sc or HND in Business administration or Marketing is essential, a previous work experience in similar positions will be an advantage.
• Interested candidate must live within Lekki, Aja and its environs.
• Must possess ability to work well under pressure, with a strong leadership, interpersonal and multitasking skills.

• OND, HND, B.SC in a relevant field, smart and with at least two years of related work experience.

• Graduate of relevant degree.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to details/good multitasking and time management.
• Ability to prepare reports and make presentations.
