Our client is a major Oil and Gas company looking to fill the position below:

Job Title: UFR Safety Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Must Ensure Drills are conducted frequently to test the Emergency Arrangements of all UFR locations.
• Prepare and attend all HSE Meetings within UFR , OLT and with Contractors and sub-contractors.
• To also take care of colleagues safety and behavior without hesitating to intervene as much as necessary
• Supervision of Health, Safety, Environment and Security activities and reporting of related performance.
• To assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents at UFR/OLT Contractors yards to determine their underlying causes

• Graduate Bachelors Degree (B.Sc) or (B.Eng ) or equivalent in any engineering
• Formal training in HSE with recognized qualification or certification.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the Oil and Gas production projects, with minimum 3 years on position(s) of similar HSE responsibilities with technical background.
• Knowledge of Ms Office and must be fluent in English.
