Job Description

  • The Human Resources is the custodian of any organization. The lifeline of any organization are its people.
  • Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Staff induction and orientation
  • Grievance handling and investigative process
  • Records management
  • Working with various teams to achieve goals through people
  • Managing and coordination of groups to achieve set targets
  • Event Management
  • Policy development, review and implementation
  • Training and development (Candidate must be conversant with ITF)
  • Ensure statutory compliance e.g, ITF, NSITF, NipeX, Pension, Group Life insurance, etc
  • Performance Management, monitoring, evaluation
  • Leave management for staff
  • Welfare and staff motivation programs
  • Health and Safety
Attributes:
  • The prospective candidate must have the following:
  • B.Sc in any of the Social Sciences
  • Must be confident, outspoken and willing to accept challenges
  • Must be versatile and multitasking
  • Ability to work under minimum or no supervision
  • A fast learner and goal getter
  • CIPM is an added advantage
  • Must have minimum of 3 years experience in HR function
  • Candidates from ICT companies are highly desirable
