Job Description

  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes to the business unit.
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally in the unit.
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client via the recruitment manager.
  • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
  • Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes.
  • Acts as the member of the HR Management Team.
  • Develops HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager

Job Description
The Manager of Mobile Digital Marketing/Online is responsible for operations, product strategy, sales, and revenue growth for the Digital Marketing division:

  • Expert knowledge - Acting as the expert in SEO, PPC and affiliates
  • Traffic Sources - Monitor and measure visitors to the website and understand and improve site visits.
  • Digital content - Develop a group wide content strategy.
  • Developing and driving marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that all activity is delivered within budget, on time, and to a high quality.
  • Responsible for budget planning and tracking.
  • Support the communication and lead generation requirements of the sales team.
  • Liaise regularly with the sales team to gather information and provide updates on planned activities and results.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience as it relates to digital marketing and advertising products.
  • A successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales performance and product life cycle development.
  • Candidate must have the willingness to roll up their sleeves and work with the field teams and customers for future product enhancements, sales, and support.
