Job Title: Senior Manager - Employee Relations
Locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Iwo, Agbara
Requirements

• MBA/B.Sc Human Resources Management/Business Administration.
• Above 12 years cognate Experience in Employee Relations Management.

• B.Sc/HND Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Lab Tech
• 2-7 years Experience work as Quality Control/Assurance Officer in a Food/Frozen Chicken Processing Company, Knowledge of Food Safety Management - HACCP Concept, an added advantage

• B.Sc/HND Computer Engineering, A+, CCNA, other Networking and Engineering Certification.
• 10-20 years Experience as Computer and Networking Engineering Management.
• Knowledge of VSAT Technology and Video Conferencing, Cyberoams Security Antivirus, Firewall, etc.

• B.Sc/HND/OND/Trade Test Certificate in Automobile Engineering, Motor Mechanics
• 5-15 years in a well structured Auto Workshop and knowledge of Hyundal, Chevrolet Honda, KIA and TATA cars and Light Trucks.

• 5-10 years experience in Poultry or other Animals Farm.
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
• Knowledge of various vaccines applicable to Poultry Chicken is an added advantage

• MBA/B.Sc Public Administration, International Relations, Mass Communications
• 10 years in a similar position working in Multinational Organization or a well structured company

• MBA/B.Sc Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration.
• 10 years cognate experience in Profit Centre Management.
• Acquire customers and achieve sales targets as per plan.
• Keep and Grow customers.
• Achieve cost optimization and productivity standards.
• Experience in P/L.

• 10 years experience in Poultry or other Animal Farm Supervision.
• B.Sc Agricultural Extension, Animal Health & Production, Agric Economics, Zoology.
• Knowledge of Animal Feeds and Production is an added advantage

• MBA/B.Sc in Public Administration, International Relations, Mass Communications
• 10 years in a similar position working in Multinational Organization or a well structured company
• Liaison between Government Agencies, Ministries and Parastatals and company is an added advantage

• B.Sc/M.Sc Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Technology with major in Fisheries.
• 3-15 years Fish Farm experience/Aquaculture.

• 4-7 years Experience in Chicken Processing and Supervision in a large Processing Plant.
• B.Sc/HND Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Lab Tech and other Food related courses.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management - HACCP Concept, an added advantage.
