Job Title: Administrative Officer (Entry Level)

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
• Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment
• Respond to inquiries
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
• Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries
• Supervise and provide work direction to clerical and technical personnel
• Write clear and concise reports and correspondence.
• Make effective presentations of conclusions and recommendations orally and in writing
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships

• B.Sc/HND in Public Administration, Sociology or any other related course of study
• A minimum of second class lower division/Equivalent
• Must be residing in Lagos
