Key Job Roles
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by pro-actively
contributing to the formulation and direction of the Mama Cass strategy
and implement projects and trials for the Area.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by effectively
managing profit& loss within allocated budget in order to ensure a
profitable performance for the Area.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by clearly and
concisely communicating business and Area objectives to Outlet managers
so that they remain well informed of business activities and of their
required contribution to targets.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by effectively
managing the performance and development of outlet managers to drive and
maximizethe sales performance throughout the Area.
- Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by
encouragingmanagers to seek and continuously develop knowledge of
competitor activity and local market conditions with the purpose of
making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business
forward.
Educational Requirement

Job Title: Audit Manager
Location: Nigeria
Key Job Roles
- Achieve set targets by collecting and analyzing data to detect
deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or
non-compliance with laws, regulations, management policies and budget
implementation and monitoring.
- Inspect account books and accounting systems to curtail
misappropriation of cash and goods, manipulation of accounts or
falsification of accounts.
- Ensure that allocated financial resources are adequately
utilized by verifying the authenticity and validity of all transactions.
- Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained for departmental or
cross departmental financial expenditures and budget allocation by
verifying whether the approvals are in compliance with organizational
policies.
- Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities and cancelled checks to confirm records are accurate.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
- Evaluate audit findings and determine cost effective solutions and process improvements for recommendation to management.

Job Title: General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant
Location: Nigeria
Key Job Roles
- Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by pro-actively
contributing to the formulation, direction and implementation of the
strategy for the restaurants and outlets.
- Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by tracking sales,
maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ensuring the functionality of
all kitchen equipment, handling customer concerns, and implementing
strategies pertaining to marketing, increased profitability, and
employee retention.
- Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by planning and
working according to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales
targets set by the Head office, controlling takings in the restaurant,
administering payrolls etc.
- Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by developing and
executing a business plan (key elements to include: fiscal
responsibilities, manpower planning and local restaurant marketing) for
the restaurants and to effectively implement this business plan, the GM
will communicate it to his employees, delegate and following up
appropriately.

Job Title: Head, Outdoor Catering Services
Location: Nigeria
Key Job Roles
- Achieve the overall set target for the restaurant by attaining and/or surpassing the budgeted profitability.
- Achieve the overall set target for the restaurant by achieving or reducing the budgeted labour costs.
- Achieve the overall set target for the restaurant by overseeing
and coordinating all large group meetings/banquet planners and
matching their specific group requirements with the services &
facilities offered. This includes proposals, contracts, estimated and
actual function statements. With banquet or conferences, the Chef is to
be included in food related discussions.
- Achieve the overall set target for the restaurant by handling
all Catering inquiries and ensuring timely follow up on the same
business day.

Job Title: Head, Marketing QSR
Location: Nigeria
Key Job Roles
- Achieve set marketing and sales targets by developing marketing
strategies for business development, generating new business plans for
increasing customer base in new markets/ Segments.
- Improve product/services marketability and profitability by
crafting the brand strategy, improving the brand image of the existing
products, launch and establish new brands in the markets.
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning,
developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and
trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
