positions below:
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job DescriptionThe
Mechanical Technician is charged with maintaining, diagnosing &
repairs of manufacturing equipment & installations. These include
among others: diesel engines, transmissions, pumps, conveyor systems,
and compressors, microprocessor controls, electro-mechanical equipment,
hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile / overhead cranes,
gearboxes, generators, chemical metering systems, equipment cabs and
controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C
systems and a variety of other equipment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safe, efficient & effective management of manufacturing lines/equipment
- Preventive/Predictive maintenance procedures on manufacturing equipment
- Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components under
operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment
performance
- Preparation of parts sketches/work orders and purchase requests to be furnished by accredited vendors
- Estimate cost factors, including labor and material for
purchased and fabricated parts and costs for assembly, testing and
installation
- Supervise and train team members'
- Total customer service
- Basic troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Installation and/or replacement of new or reconditioned repair parts
- Testing equipment for optimal functionalities/operations
- Fabrication or modification of mechanical components/industrial machinery or equipment
Special Skills & Key Behavioral Competencies
- Good oral & written communication
- Ability to read & analyse technical data, designs or
specifications with particular reference to mechanical
systems/installations used in manufacturing organisations
- Basic working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems
- Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits / drawings/prints
- Ability to operate lifting devices
- Must be a good team player
Course/Qualification
- Technical School certificate / National diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years post qualification hands-on experience in related manufacturing organisations.
Requirements:
- Sex: Male.
- Required Age: 25 - 30 Years.

Job Title: Electrical Technician
Job DescriptionThe
Electrical Technician is charged with designing, developing, testing
& supervising electrical installations/maintenance of electrical
equipment used in the manufacturing processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Preparation & study of technical drawings/specifications of
electrical systems to ensure that installations and operations conform
to standards
- Obtain quotes on costs of electrical items and assist in the purchase of electrical materials & production equipment
- Supervise and train team members
- Maintain electrical equipment/installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical equipment issues that may affect smooth running of manufacturing equipment/installations
Special Skills & Key Behavioral Competencies
- Ability to read & analyse technical data, designs or
specifications with particular reference to electrical
systems/installations used in manufacturing organisations
- Ability to read schematics & technical drawings
- Ability to test & understand manufacturing equipment/installations electrical systems
- Must be a good team player
- Good oral & written communication
