Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• You will manage the day to day stream of emails, phone calls, text messages, or anything that comes your way while troubleshooting and maintaining happiness across the board.
• We are looking someone who first and foremost love solving other people's problems. You must also have strong written and oral communication skills, a team first attitude and a desire to grow with the company.

• Respond to inbound calls, texts and emails from customers, vendors etc.
• Manage Washist's social media presence.
• Be a passionate Washist representative.
• Go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and delight for customers.
• Work with team to improve product and customer experience.

• Candidates with experience in a laundry and dry cleaning outfit will be strongly considered.
• Minimum OND/HND.
• 1+ year(s) of related experience is a plus.

• We are looking for someone who first and foremost loves solving other peoples problems.
• You must also have strong coordination and people management skills, written and oral communication skills, a team first attitude and a desire to grow with the company.

• Manage scheduling of pickup and drop off of laundry
• Manage the workers at the laundry facility
• Create and revise systems and procedures for operating practices, record keeping systems, control and personnel requirements
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
• Assign detailed responsibilities and supervise team to ensure timely delivery of high quality results
• Ensure timely, high quality and cost effective laundry service is maintained always.
• Liaise with relevant departments in ensuring that all logistics, materials and other requirements are available
• Ensure smooth operation of all equipment
• Monitor service standards and ensure strict adherence to quality control standards.

• Candidates with experience in a laundry and dry cleaning outfit will be strongly considered.
