Job Description

  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Manage the repairs and maintenance of computer and office quipment
  • Follow up with permits and licences
  • Supervise clients’ services and to clients’ inquiries
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable
  • Reconcile accounts payable
  • Reconcile weekly/monthly/quarterly deposit
  • Manage distribution of utilities bills and collection of accounts.
  • Ensure distribution of utility bill and collections of accounts
Requirements

Job Title: Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Job Description

  • Manage the Environmental Health & Safety officers
  • Set a good example, demonstrate a positive safety attitude and abide by the Safety Code of Ethics.
  • Provide direction, support and leadership to Team Members.
  • Plan, organize and implement the divisional HSE programs and processes designed to promote compliance with Corporate HSE Management System, local government regulation, and Industry Standards.
  • Identify Tender Bids and opportunities. Evaluate, prepare and Package tender bid documents in acceptable and competitive standards and packages.
  • Identify Job opportunities and follow up on them, liaise with clients
  • Develop new and existing client relationships
  • Support all divisional operations management in implementing, monitoring and improving Corporate HSEMS. Provide leadership to develop and implement short and long term strategies for achieving Divisional goals. Analyze and identify leading and lagging trends to assist in incident/injury prevention.
  • Develop new and revised Safe Operating Practices, Standards and procedures as required.
  • Assist in budget development and overall management of the departments.
  • Based on team input, identify corporate HSE improvements and propose methods for resolving or improving worker safety.
  • Identify Training needs, providers and develop training schedules for departments
  • departments with implementation of process and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in and/or provide direction to others conducting major incident investigations, review site incident investigations, including identify and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Compile quarterly and annual reports for the Managing Director on HSE, to update ongoing HSE jobs, processes and address current issues. Provide recommendations for implementation of corrective actions and suggest program improvements.
  • Work with client representatives, OH&S/OSHA, and Claims Management to resolve identified issues and opportunities. Represents the Division on HS&E issues to external clients, government entities, and communities.
  • Accountable for accurate and timely reporting; analyze trends in loss experience and loss causation and initiate processes to address performance issues related to maintaining safe and healthy worksites.
  • Conduct incident reviews and make recommendations to Senior Management to eliminate or control future risk.
  • Conduct corporate level audits.

  • Assist the Environmental Studies Unit in conducting various environmental studies (EIA, EA, EER, Safety Case, EMR, ESR, PIAR, among others as assigned)
  • Assist the Management team when required in various tasks such as orienting new staff, providing guidance on day-to-day duties as necessary, assisting with hiring and disciplining as necessary and conducting meetings.
  • Assign, direct and oversee activities of the EHS Studies department
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects (field activities, subcontracted services, and reporting) associated with environmental studies, environmental due diligence, environmental sampling, monitoring and procedures, and all environmental studies work.
  • Provide proficiency in client interaction, proposal preparation, regulatory interaction, negotiation, technical writing, internal and exCommit to achieving the goals outlined in the weekly Management Meetings
  • Develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives across the organization utilizing Lean methodologies.

Job Title: System/IT Administrator

Job Description
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
