Responsibilities
As a Planning manager, you will have to:

• Establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Manager decision making process and allow him to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements;
• Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analysed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored;
• Create a schedule awareness atmosphere among all project participants;
• Ensure the development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs. Verify feasibility and criticality;
• Participate in the commercial risk management activities;
• Ensure the implementation of the Planning and Progress Control System required by the contract complexity, riskiness and duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, Company Standards and Contract specifications;
• Interface and coordinate with other Company Functions or Discipline Leaders/Supervisors and Managers to build up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing the logic network;
• Prepare all the reference baseline documents, and ensure that the project planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to those functionally responsible for executing the work;
• Coordinate the risk management activities start-up organizing the first brainstorming and the qualitative / quantitative assessment of the identified risks & opportunities;
• Perform the schedule risk analysis for highly critical projects;
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Planning and Progress Control System, monitoring the progress measurement system and ensuring the proper information flow, progress status and completion forecast are assessed and reported for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning phases;
• Maintain the risk management process organizing periodic meetings and verifying the risk owners feedbacks;
• Support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the time impact analysis.

• Diploma or University Degree;
• Minimum 10 years experience as Planning Specialist in Oil & Gas industry;
• Extensive experience as Planning Manager in Oil & Gas;
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Develop maintenance philosophy, plan and schedule in coordination with the operation and maintenance department
• Develop maintenance deliverables and procedures in accordance with technical specifications and safety and targeting
• Develop Maintenance/Spare Part/Lubrication Operability and Maintainability plans as required by the project
• Develop and maintain procedures compliant with project Scope of Work and specifications
• Carry out quality control of all data produced and the proper application of procedures
• Estimate work activities and maintain schedule compliance
• Support resource scheduling and staffing. Participate in identifying top performers
• Promote HSE culture via strong safety leadership, ensuring all activities are undertaken with full knowledge of Saipem
• Prepare and deliver Preventive Maintenance Plan and Program, On-Condition Monitoring Plan, Operation and Maintenance
• Recommendations
• Collect from Suppliers, review and amend Spare Parts
• Prepare and deliver Spare Parts recommendations
• Implement and maintain Client CMMS
• The rotation: 75*21

• We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised Electrical Engineering Supervisor with excellent communication and team working skills and a flexible approach to work.
• With previous experience within a similar role/environment, you will demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of routine and preventative maintenance.
• You will have already worked on onshore project and you have FPSO + MMO experience.
• The rotation will be 28*28.

• We are currently working with an Oil and gas company, looking to take on a Maintenance Engineer for a 12 month renewable contract, based onshore - 75/21 rotation. This role is based in Nigeria.
• Flights and accomodation all covered.
• Previous experience essential.
