Job Summary

• Run a full-fledged digital & interactive agency with competence in digital marketing, Mobile marketing, app development, value added services, content creation, web & mobile advertising.
• Develop and manage an integrated Marketing Plan to accomplish the projected revenue and market growth targets of the digital agency in accordance with the business plan. Win new businesses through referrals and pitches.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Group CEO.

• First degree in Marketing, Social Sciences and/or related disciplines, with at least 10 - 12 years work experience.
• A Masters Degree in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

• Establish the company's technical vision and lead all aspects of the company's technological development.
• Direct the company's strategic focus, development and future growth.
• Design & implement programs.
• Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies and make determinations on the probability of implementation.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Group CEO.

• B.Sc in related field and at least 10 years experience in the Information Technology arena.
• At least 10 years management and strategic experience in this field or MBA/MS in related field.

• Must have a wild imagination and funky lifestyle
• Must demonstrate clear understanding of how to convert briefs into winning campaigns
• Responsible for brainstorming, creating, and transforming ideas into words for articles, advertisements, publications, and pamphlets.
• Write copy for television commercials, radio, Internet content, jingles, websites, press releases, flyers, and direct mail literature.

• Must be a lover of Art, Photography, Aesthetics & Social trends.
• First degree in any relevant field, with at 3 - 5 years work experience
• APCON membership.

• Competence in writing code for web applications.
• Competence in developing apps and user interfaces.
• Ability to multi-task on several projects concurrently.
• Must have excellent-verbal and written communications skills so as to relate with teammates on job flows.

• Vast experience in web and mobile app development required.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Must be above 18 years.

• Manage the online presence of the group (including all its corollaries).
• Blog, post updates, review activities and increase engagement across all platforms.
• Promote brand image by building robust partnerships with third party partners, spanning publishers, bloggers, musicians, actors, celebrities, tweet heads, content platform owners, media agencies and everyone with powerful social media presence.

• Must be a lover of social trends.
• First degree in any relevant field, with 2 - 3 years work experience.
