Job Title:   Sales Specialist: REF: SSP

 
Qualification/Experience/Skills Required:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field.
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience in selling voice and data.
Job Profile
  • Sell directly or indirectly along with Sales Account Managers.
  • End to end business development including. order processing and order closure.
  • Manage relationship with various customers.

Job Title:  Project Manager: REF: PREM
 
Qualification/Experience/Skills Required:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • PMP Certification is desirable.
  • TOM and Six Sigma Certifications will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years project experience.
  • International work experience will be an advantage.
Job Profile:
  • Drive, validate and oversee the implementation of innovative & customized solutions prepared by the Technical Team that include existing products and services.
  • Interlace with Technical and Business Team in order to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly.
  • Ensure that all challenges of solutions are overcome and projects are delivered at rapid pace while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Qualification/Experience/Skills Required:
  • Minimum 0f Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in voice and data sales.
  • Good experience in solution selling and a blended experience of selling Voice and Data Services vis B2C & B2B (enterprise) will be added advantage.
  • Must be well versed with the business environment along with industrial growth trends in Nigeria as well as good understanding of the concepts of up-selling, cross selling & product Matrix.
  • Must be a street smart sales person.
Job Profile:
  • Develop sales. marketing strategies and plan for the International Business Unit.
  • Create innovative, winning, customized and pragmatic solutions that leverage on the existing products and services of the company.
  • Ensure that the solutions are delivered by the project team as expected by the Customers.
  • Coordinate. supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Conduct performance analysis on existing products with a view to identify and monitor market trends.
  • Identify system gaps and work out plans to attract new business accounts and bridge the gaps.

Job Title:  Technical Manager REF: TECM

 
Qualification/Experience/Skills Required:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • Networking and Telecoms Certifications are desirable.
  • Minimum of 8 years cognate experience invoice and data operations.    
  • Versed knowledge of Telecom Networks. (Voice & Data) Operations. Modalities and Platforms is required.
  • International work experience will be an advantage.
Job Profile
  • Interlace with existing Technical and Business Units to develop actionable plans and offer selected services to target Customer Account.
  • Validate the feasibility of offering such services prior to pitching With customer.
  • Interlace with Technical Team in order to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Ensure that the Technical challenges of the Solution are overcome and the project team enabled suitably to deliver promptly.

Qualification/Experience/Skills Required:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Product Marketing and Innovation and/or new technologies with at least 3 years on Management level.
  • Entrepreneurship experience is a plus.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and relevant mobile applications

  • The scope of work for Innovation Manager (Consumer Market) will be around items such as Mobile Apps. payment, digital analytics. portal. TV. digital content. low cost ecosystem, new devices. cloud, WiFi or LTE.
  • The scope of work for Innovation Manager (Enterprise Market) will be around items such as M2M (machine to machine).
  • lOT (internet of things). APls (application program interfaces or SMS. billing. geo-location etc). Big Data, e-services
  • (health, education, etc.
  • Interface with all the Business Units (BUs) to bring about innovation and product development for the Company.
  • Lead contribution to the yearly innovation product road map based on inputs from BUs, marketing and external actors.
