Responsibilities

• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Explores ways of improving existing products and services, to increase profitability
• Identifies target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Prepares and manages marketing plans and budgets
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.

• Graduate in Marketing or any related courses, who can demonstrate good command of English.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years experience in directing the operations of a Marketing/sales department in a food Production Company.
• Must have a sound knowledge of Lagos route and its environs.
• Must be able to accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, also implementing sales plan.
• Monitors and analyzing market trends
• Must be able to manage, Monitor and direct sales executives towards achieving the company sales target.
• Must be able to give Annual, Quarter or weekly sales report.

• OND/HND/B.Sc Graduate in Marketing or any related course in a recognized tertiary institution.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a food Production Company.
• Must have a sound knowledge of Lagos route and its environs.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision and must be able to work under tight time-schedule.
• Effective communication and innovative skills.
• Strong research skills, knowledge about the food industry.
• Confident and good interpersonal skill.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems, have a can-do attitude.
