Job Title: Regional Manager, Retail / Commercial Banking

Location: Nationwide

Responsibilities

• Successful candidates will be responsible for the overall leadership and effective growth of branches under their regions.
• They shall also formulate strategies and aggressively branches to effectively grow the market share and profitability in the retail / commercial banking sector.

• Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Banking with at least 4 years on Regional Management role in retail / commercial banking based market.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial products regulations and the legal aspects of banking.
• Business focused with good all-round knowledge of strategy, marketing, sales, training and people management.
• Excellent people leadership, motivation and communication skills including the ability to engage, inspire and influence others
• First Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, AcA etc is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business processes, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis Basic banking operations (domestic and international operations).
