Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Summary
 We are currently seeking for Head of Sales who will work directly with management to drive sales plan, strategy and overall revenue target via all sales channels for Pac Center.

Major Activities
 Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plan.
 Manage Sales Team
 Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing channel quotas; projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new product departments.
 Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
 Manage, recruit and develop sales team on all channels.
 Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
 Create and sustain performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders).
 Implement robust and ongoing performance measures and reviews to drive strong sales execution.
 Ensure on-going optimization of the sales function.
 Prepare written presentations, sales & activity reports.
 Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better sales skills.
 Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
 Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
 Set a clear direction for the sales team and ensure priorities are clear at all times.

Requirements:
 B.Sc Minimum in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
 3-5yrs of sales experience especially in organizations that drive growth in revenue, number of customers and lifetime value of customers.
 Experience in retail sales strongly with advanced degree in business, technology or related field preferred.
 Ability to foresee, interpret and rapidly respond to market changes by adjusting strategies and realigning priorities accordingly.
 Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to perform and achieve results in a diverse team.
 Strong business and analytical acumen.
 Strong execution focus and ability to develop solutions and strategies to further accelerate growth in untapped markets.
 Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
 Proven focus on customer acquisitions and revenue growth.


Job Title: Human Resource Manager

  • Working with the Firm’s business groups and units, the Head, HR & Admin shall:
  •  Develop and implement corporate HR strategy in line with short to medium term aspirations of the firm
  •  Manage annual firm wide staff training budget; recommend, implement and report on the approved training programmes.
  •  Proactively; develop, revise and implement HR policies in order to improve efficiency.
  •  Develop and implement best fit career and succession planning framework and provide career counselling to members of staff.
  •  Develop job descriptions for all new positions; and review and revise job descriptions as appropriate.
  •  Proactively report on, and advise Executive Management Committee on all strategic HR issues.
  •  Drive the imbibing and harmonisation of preferred culture.
  •  Design and delivery of training courses Other responsibilities include: HR operations and administration including but not limited to compliance, oversee supervision of facilities management including support staff and drivers.


Essential Skills:

  •  Proven ability to implement/execute
  •  Familiarity with and proficiency in use of basic IT tools and popular apps (MS Office, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Android and OIS apps as well as Blackberry) for efficient delivery of assigned portfolio and tasks.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
 Bachelor Degree in humanities, business, social sciences - concentration in HR.( Masters degree strongly preferred and will be given preference).
 Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD an added advantage
 Demonstrated knowledge of local and global HR ‘landscape’ – laws, practices, changes.
 Minimum of 3years work experience directly in HR Previous experience in Consulting desirable
 Expertise in at least 2 areas of Human Resources

Job Description

  •  Software Engineer - PHP, MySQL - (two entry-level and one experienced (2 year+))
  •  Be responsible for implementing communication services websites and internal web-based applications.

  •  Design and deliver a functional website that requires an extensive end-to-end knowledge of e-marketing and customer relation.
  •  Perform complete testing of Website and system, engaging users as necessary.

  •  Daily web analysis check, total traffic for the day
  •  Update daily/weekly schedule on difference media platform

Job Title: Infrastructure Support Engineer (IT)
Job Description
LOCATION: Abuja

  •  Ensure end-users are fully enabled to meet the organisations strategic objectives via the use of IT.
  •  Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
  •  Prioritize and schedule problems resolution. Escalate problems (when required) to the Management.
  •  Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
  •  Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
  •  Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users.

Job Responsibilities

  •  The cashiers (reporting to the management) are the front line customer service point for financial transactions between customers and the mall.
  •  Their main responsibilities are to attend to the customers’ financial transaction, requests, to process cash and smart card transactions on the mall’s computer system, and to balance allocated cash floats.
