Assists Company Accountant in banking activities and other related accounting assignments, Maintains Company input system, Maintains cash, western transfer and record, Entry and maintains bcd Account and record, Prepares Bank transfer and Reconciliation, Keeping and updating departmental files.

Job Title: Company Secretary
Location: Lagos
Job Description

Reports directly to the Managing Director and Executive Director, Performs secretarial functions, Arranges the travel documents of the MD, Keeping and managing appointments, providing information to international buyers and maintains a good filing system.
